Chattanooga Realty Sales Down 18.9 Percent From Previous June (The Chattanoogan) Weakened consumer confidence continued to be reflected in local real estate sales in the month of June. With 601 sales being reported by the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors, June’s figures show an 18.9 percent decline from the same month in 2007.
